Technical Support Information:
Many schools and institutions use firewalls to protect the computers connected to their network. If your school or institution has a firewall or if you are unsure, then pass on the information below to the person in charge of your computer network.

The TeenMail application communicates to a server at Personal Technologies where email and blogs are stored. TeenMail also uses this server to download software updates and upload usage data. Depending on the configuration of your network firewall, exceptions may need to be made for the following locations:
